Refund & Returns Policy
- An order can be cancelled if a customer contacts Instant Muscle Meals LLC by either phone or email on the same day an order is placed.
- Order modifications cannot be executed. A customer should contact Instant Muscle Meals to cancel the order and then place a new one.
- If an order is received within the allocated delivery window, however the package is damaged, please notify Instant Muscle Meals to assess the case and determine if a refund; partial or full, can be granted. Make sure packaging is preserved and photos are taken to verify.
- Instant Muscle Meals will schedule and notify customers of delivery dates and time window. These delivery times are subject to change due to a variance of reasons. Instant Muscle Meals will notify the customer of any updates.
- In the instance that Instant Muscle Meals is unable to fulfill an order, a full refund will be given to the customer.
- Instant Muscle Meals recommends food is refrigerated or placed in the freezer upon receipt. Instant Muscle Meals is not responsible for spoiled food that is not handled correctly. In the unlikely event that food arrives in sub optimal condition, please notify us with evidence and the issue will be addressed accordingly within our guideline
