Order modifications can be granted when a customer contacts Instant Muscle Meals LLC by either phone or email, within the same day an order is placed.
If an order is received within the allocated delivery window, however the package is damaged, please notify Instant Muscle Meals to assess the case and determine if a refund , partial or full can be granted. Make sure packaging is preserved and photos are taken to verify.
If a package fails to arrive at the customers specified delivery address within 5 business days from the time an order is recieved then a refund can be requested unless a predetermined delivery schedule is arranged with the customer.
In the Instance that Instant Muscle Meals is unable to fulfil an order, a full refund will be given to the customer.
Instant Muscle Meals recommends food remain in the fridge for no longer than 2-3 days and to preserve quality place meals in the freezer if the plan is to consume beyond 2-3 days. Instant Muscle Meals is not responsible for spoilt meals outside the recommended timeframes and will not issue refunds beyond 48 hours of the meals being delivered and without sufficent evidence that the food arrived in a suboptimal condition.
